A Molar

Clay sprouted his first tooth when he was about six months old -- way back in August. Then he went on a bit of a spurt back in January, popping out several more. After that, he went back on vacation and has been slacking every since.

Just this week, however, Lisa noticed a new rough spot in the back of his mouth and sure enough, a molar is appearing on his lower right. The drool soaked onesies were also a dead giveaway.

Now, we're just hoping that his ability to grind food will increase his willingness to move up to grown-up food. He has taken a liking to pasta, jam-spread toast, and the ever present Goldfish crackers.

In the Snow

It wasn't Clay's first snow, per se -- but it was the first time he got out to play. The dogs always get excited when playing in the snow -- and Ginny seemed particularly interested in this oversized bunny running around her back yard.
